Corporate documents (1–4)
1. Certificate of Incorporation, issued at registration. 2. Good Standing or Incumbency, recent, required if the company is older than six months. 3. Register of Directors, including authorised signatories for complex boards. 4. Register of Shareholders, with documents identifying the UBO behind nominees or holding companies.
Addresses (5–6)
5. Registered address: any corporate document showing it. 6. Physical address: a utility bill in the company's name, a corporate document stating the business address, or a certified confirmation letter from officials, a law firm or an accounting firm.
Website and domain (7)
Proof of domain ownership by the company (registrar invoice or account screenshot) and a secure, operational website with full company details, contacts, risk warning and jurisdiction disclaimer.
Activities (8)
The Memorandum if it names trading, forex or brokerage objects; otherwise a legal opinion or representation letter. A Mauritius, Bahamas or Comoros licence confirms activities directly.
Bank and SumSub (9–10)
9. A bank reference letter addressed to MetaQuotes, or a certified statement; see our guide. 10. SumSub verification by the authorised signatory and the UBO through a link from MetaQuotes.
