1. Eligibility
- Applicant is a company, not an individual
- Company objects cover trading of financial instruments, online forex or brokerage and financial services
- Legal opinion or FX licence confirming these activities
- Budget for three months of MetaQuotes licence fees upfront
2. The 10 documents
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Certificate of Good Standing or Incumbency (if the company is older than six months)
- Register of Directors
- Register of Shareholders, with documents identifying the UBO
- Proof of registered address
- Proof of physical address
- Domain ownership and an operational website
- Document confirming relevant activities
- Bank reference letter addressed to MetaQuotes (or certified statement)
- SumSub verification of the authorised signatory and UBO
3. Website
- Full company name exactly as registered
- Full registered address and physical address
- Email or contact form, and a telephone number
- Risk warning
- Jurisdiction disclaimer (where you do and do not offer services)
- Licence details, if any
- HTTPS, working pages, domain owned by the company
4. Consistency check before submitting
- Same company name on every document and the website
- Same addresses, in the same format, everywhere
- Directors and UBOs match across registers, incumbency and SumSub
- Bank letter names the company exactly as registered
